1.1 As a result of your general usage of this site, we collect no personal information as such about you whatsoever. We run a statistical analysis package, which monitors the number of visitors and the pages visited and related information.
1.2 As a result of your booking a course or contacting us howsoever: we collect your personal information, such as name, email address and so on.
2. What do we do with the information that we collect about you:
2.1 We may use this information (at 1.1) to better improve our site or the services we offer.
2.2 We will use this information (at 1.2) to process your request. We will record your CPD attendances for regulatory purposes. We may use this to provide you with information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of the latter by emailing info@law-cpd.com.
2.3 We will not disclose your personal information to a third party except where there is a written request from a regulatory body in connection with your CPD or where the terms of our agreement with the relevant regulatory body require us to disclose that information upon request (whether in writing or otherwise howsoever).
3. Protection of your information: We take steps to ensure the protection of your information. We cannot however guarantee the the safety of any personal information that you transmit to us online.
